- General - Made in Austria. and part of a liquidation sale of great quality unused 'new old stock' (NOS) -- direct from the manufacturer. We have customized the lenses on these frames, using optical-quality CR-39. That means the frames are ready to be worn as an accessory without prescription lenses. They can, of course, also be filled with a prescription that is cut according to your size and shape preferences. The screws on the frame are intentionally left long so that they can accommodate the thickness of your lenses. They should be cut after your lenses have been mounted. If you don't intend to fill the frames with new lenses, please let us know, and we'll cut the screws for you.
