Shape & Style -  Model "Demergian 3" is a rare and heavy frame because the metal parts are sterling silver. The back of the bridge is stamped "sterling." As with any unused sterling silver item, these frames show signs of normal tarnishing in the form of black spots.The angular design of these frames with a rimless bottom creates a funky futuristic look

General - Manufactured in Germany in the 1990s and part of a liquidation sale of great quality unused 'new old stock' (NOS) -- direct from the manufacturer. The lenses are clear optical quality CR-39 plastic and can be worn just for fun. The frames can, of course, be filled with a prescription or replaced with sunglass lenses, according to your preferences.
